Where to find us?

Observatory Uherský Brod is located at the north end of the town near “Nový hřbitov” (New Cemetery) and road to Prakšice among the fields.

Parking is possible right at the observatory or at Nový hřbitov.

Opening Hours

Visitors, that do not understand Czech language.
Please note, that visitors that require narration in English have to book their visit at least two days in advance. We will assign you custom time slot based on your booking.

Observatory Uherský Brod is opened every Wednesday and Friday when the weather is good for sky observation (not cloudy, doesn’t rain/snow).

November to February6 p.m. to 9 p.m. (18:00 – 21:00)
March, October7 p.m. to 9 p.m. (19:00 – 21:00)
April, September8 p.m. to 10 p.m. (20:00 – 22:00)
May to August9 p.m. to 11 p.m. (21:00 – 23:00)

Tickets

Tickets cost 30 CZK per person. Please note that we accept cash only!
